Norma Grana Paranos passed away of natural causes on November 12th. Her husband, Ricardo Paranas, with whom she had two children, predeceased her in 1977. Gloria Fernandez, their daughter, and Ricardo Paranos, their son, both adored their mother. Having reached the advanced age of ninety-five, Mrs. Paranos always demonstrated her love in equal fashion.
With her four grandchildren, one boy and one girl from daughter Gloria and her husband, Jorge, and two boys from son Ricardo and his wife Kym, Grandma distributed her time equally amongst the children, until they blossomed into adolescence and then into adulthood. Her love and joy were always reflected in their relationships. Grandma was a strong-minded woman who guided her grandchildren as she had done with her own.
Although saddened by their loss, the Paranos Family is grateful that their loving Matriarch remained with them for all these years and that her passing was devoid of pain and suffering. The Family relishes the thought that she has elevated spiritually.
